Here are the must have fashion tips of Summer '11. First of all, never were sandals with yoga pants, sweat pants, or stretchy shorts. Second, never were pink with blue together unless you can tie it together, by tie-it-together I mean a pink t-shirt with a blue necklace and blue pants/shorts with a pink belt. For belts: studded is really in right now, you can find those at Claire's, Hot Topic, and (if you want them for less $-->) Target. Shatter nail polish is a great way to jazz things up.
